Seabury Expands Consulting Division with 17 New Professionals

NEW YORK, August 20, 2008 – Seabury today announced that it has added 17 new professionals to its Consulting division and promoted seven more of its existing staff. This division focuses on strategy, operations and major operational turnarounds for the Aviation, Aerospace, MRO and related industries.

Lauren Leader-Chivee has joined the firm as Vice President of Human Resources, with more than 13 years of diverse human resources experience. She has global oversight responsibility for all Consulting human resources activities. Before joining Seabury, she was a Senior Associate on the Human Capital Strategy team at Booz & Co. Ms. Leader-Chivee also held executive positions at Credit Suisse and OfficeTiger, and leadership roles at several boutique financial services firms and at Pfizer. She earned her undergraduate degree from Barnard College.

Seabury promoted Sadiq Gillani to Vice President. He joined the firm in August 2006. Mr. Gillani began his professional career with Bain & Co. After Bain, Mr. Gillani held positions with two low-cost carrier start-ups in the U.S.

Four new Associates have joined the firm: Leonardo Hernandez, formerly of Aeroman and TACA International; Stephane Bouvier, formerly of Bain & Co.; Ana Torrontegui-Arbizu and Kristen Oldenburger — both recent graduates of Massachusetts Institute of Technology’s MBA program.

Six new Senior Analysts and six Analysts also joined the firm. Additionally, six other individuals have been promoted. Stewart Lynn and Stephen Strange have both been promoted to Senior Associate. Sergey Kulyagin has been promoted to Associate. Three more individuals have been promoted to Senior Analyst.
