Oliver Althoff
MANAGING DIRECTOR - GLOBAL HEAD
- Oliver leads Seabury’s A&D investment banking practice globally, advising clients in the Aviation, Aerospace, and Defense industries. Over the past two+ decades, Oliver has been a senior investment and corporate banker as well as corporate finance executive
- Prior to joining Seabury, Oliver held the financial officer role of Managing Director and Head of Capital Markets and Treasury for Waypoint Leasing, a global helicopter leasing company. Oliver was also a Director at CIT, originating and structuring financing solutions across the debt capital structure and supporting M&A advisory transactions
- Oliver received his B.A. Economics and M.P.A. in Political/Macro-Economy from Cornell University, and a M.B.A. in Finance from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania

Vincent Favier
EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
- Vincent is an Executive Director in Seabury Capital’s Aviation, Aerospace and Defense (A&D) M&A team. His primary responsibility covers the execution of IB-related transactions across the A&D industry, encompassing all forms of M&A, capital raises, divestments, and restructurings, with a focus on France and the Benelux region
- He previously worked for Arcapita, a GCC-based global private equity fund, originating, executing as well as managing around US$2bn of AUM in Europe
- Vincent graduated from the University of Strasbourg (Accounting and Finance/Business Law), EDHEC Business School (Grande Ecole/Management) and the London School of Economics (Accounting and Finance). He also attended an executive program at Columbia Business School in New York

Mark Lees
DIRECTOR, HEAD OF DEFENSE
- Mark is a banking and corporate development executive with over 18 years’ experience in the A&D sector
- He was previously VP, Strategy and M&A for Cobham, a £2bn Aerospace and Defense group
- He holds an MBA (Distinction) from Imperial College Business School, a master’s degree in Aerospace Composites from Imperial College London and is a Chartered Engineer.

Carl Henning Krysl
DIRECTOR
- Carl covers Seabury’s Nordic and DACH region A&D clients, with particular expertise in several A&D subsectors including the aviation aftermarket
- He brings ~20 years of banking experience, most recently leading large-cap A&D sector coverage at Commerzbank before rejoining Seabury in 2023
- Previously, Carl spent multiple years at Seabury and other M&A boutiques across London and Germany, advising clients in A&D, aviation and industrials

Richard Yang
VICE PRESIDENT
- Richard joined Seabury Capital in 2019 and supports the investment banking team in deal execution across the Aviation, Aerospace, and Defence sectors through the preparation of financial analysis, company and industry research, and marketing materials
- Over the past 7 years, he has advised clients in various sub-sectors, most recently in the interiors and rotorcraft segments
Richard holds a BA in Economics and Cognitive Science from Dartmouth College and is a FINRA-registered representative with Series 79 and 63 designations
